School Uniform

UNIFORM

  • Plain GREY or BLACK trousers.
  • Plain GREY or BLACK skirt/trousers or GREY pinafore dress.  Pupils who are wearing skirts must also wear GREY or BLACK tights or WHITE socks.
  • RED check dress, playsuit or pinafore in summer if required.
  • Plain GREY or BLACK shorts in summer if required.
  • WHITE polo shirt with logo (obtainable from school).
  • RED School sweatshirt with logo (obtainable from the school).
  • RED School cardigan with logo (obtainable from the school).
  • Plain smart shoes or trainers without logos, with flat, safe soles. During the summer, sandals may be worn, with socks. Sandals must have covered toes and a strap
    that secures at the ankle.  Heeled sandals or shoes and flip-flops ARE NOT PERMITTED.

P.E. KIT Boys and Girls (No logos except School logo)

  • WHITE T-shirt either plain or with school logo (obtainable from school).
  • BLACK shorts
  • Plimsolls or trainers in the summer term
  • Plain dark tracksuit/jogging bottoms for winter (no logos)
    Parent/Carers are responsible for ensuring their child wears their PE kit to school when required.

All uniform should be clearly labelled with your child’s name.

  • Hair cuts/styles/hair colouring should be appropriate for the school environment.  Please see the school uniform policy for more detail.
  • Permitted jewellery is as follows:  A pair of stud earrings, a smart and sensible wrist watch. Jewellery is the responsibility of the pupil and not the school. All jewellery must be removed or covered during PE lessons.                                             
  • Makeup – False nails and nail extension are not permitted.  Nail varnish will be removed in school if visible.  Temporary tattos are not permitted.

Summer heat: sun hats and sunglasses are permitted outside, but should be removed when indoors.  Children should not wear jumpers, sweatshirts or hoodies on hot days and should use sun lotion/cream, applied each morning to prevent skin burns.
